ORDER PROCESS & FULFILLMENT

Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in billing, payment, or shipping information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping terms are in accordance with Printify's shipping policies. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted on our site, but during busy periods, deliveries may take longer than expected. Technical updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, could mean that certain delivery services are not available or that order cut-off times need to be adjusted. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a return policy in accordance with Printify’s guidelines. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange subject to certain conditions. Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery.
